Villa Kelly is a dynamic private rental, with stunning sea views, located in the Croatian Riviera. Tucked into the hillside overlooking the bay of Kvarner, the view, not only, captures the Mediterranean, but, the surrounding hills of the bay as well, which are ancient and breathtaking. Nearby, you’ll have beach access at Opatija beaches, and are just a short drive from the villa.

Well thought out design allows this villa’s interior spaces to be as close to the ocean as possible. Built up and wide, rather than deep, allows for more of the interior to face the Mediterranean. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors on nearly every south facing wall open to allow the fresh Ocean air to flow freely. Inside, the decor is modern-chic, with a minimalistic approach. Clean, straight sight lines and lots of glass accentuate the open-concept layout. And in the kitchens, high-end appliances and functional granite countertops make meal prep a delight.

Outside on the terrace, gaze out towards the majestic hills and Ocean views from the relaxing comfort of the heated infinity pool or one of its surrounding lounge chairs. If you’re feeling like staying in, head to one of the comfortable living room couches and nestle in for a quiet movie night. Villa Kelly comes with satellite television, Cable TV, and Wi-Fi. If you’re feeling more social, there’s formal dining for eighteen.

Villa Kelly’s coastal/ hill location makes navigating the surrounding areas a breeze. Travel up the coast, and you’ll hit Opatija, Istria, and eventually, Italy. Travel south and you’ll find Rijeka and Zadar. You can’t go wrong visiting any of the coastal cities on the Riviera, the culture, cuisine, and nightlife are all world-class. Or, head inland Istria and you’ll find the endless supply of vineyards, olive groves, and rolling hills that have made this area famous.
